Physical Appearance: Exactly the same as canon, though her hair is more fixed at waist-length rather than the jumping around it tends to do between panels.
Notable Body Language / Habits: It's extremely subtle, but Ran varies a bit from her counterpart in how she treats Conan. She's more likely to be quiet and thoughtful around him when she thinks he isn't looking, and is slightly more likely to let him do his thing around crime scenes — all while keeping a very close eye on him, of course.
Notable Powers: None!
Notes for Psychics: Knows that Conan is Shinichi, and hasn't told a soul. She only has a vague idea about what's going on with the Black Organization and Haibara, but she's aware that something is up in both cases.
